DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Add 2 teaspoons (approximately 2–3 g) of the herbal blend to 250 ml of freshly boiled water.

Cover and allow to steep for 10–15 minutes.

Strain before drinking.

Recommended use: 2 cups daily.

Do not exceed the recommended amount.
