Herbal Eczema bath soak

A gentle Herbal Eczema Bath Soak made with a carefully selected blend of Chamomile Flowers, Calendula Petals, Marshmallow Root and Lemon Balm.

This botanical bath blend is designed to provide a soothing and relaxing bathing experience for dry, itchy and sensitive skin. The herbs are traditionally valued for their gentle, calming and skin-comforting properties.

The herbal blend is prepared as an infusion and added to a lukewarm bath, making it a simple way to enjoy the natural botanical ingredients without added fragrance.

Ingredients:
Chamomile Flowers, Calendula Petals, Marshmallow Root, Lemon Balm.

How to Use:
Add 25–30 g of the herbal blend to 1 litre of boiling water. Cover and steep for 30 minutes. Strain well and add the infusion to a lukewarm bath. Soak for 15–20 minutes. Gently pat the skin dry afterwards and apply a suitable fragrance-free moisturiser.

• Stop using immediately if burning, increased itching, redness, rash or other irritation develops.
• Use lukewarm rather than hot water, as hot baths may aggravate dry or eczema-prone skin.
• Do not scrub or exfoliate eczema-prone skin during the bath.
• Take care when entering and leaving the bath, as herbal material may make surfaces slippery.
• Keep the dry herbal mixture out of reach of children and pets.
