🫖 Ingredients (1 cup)
- 1 tsp mullein leaves (clears mucus, soothes lungs)
- ½ tsp lungwort herb (supports lung tissue)
- ½ tsp liquorice root (soothing, anti-inflammatory)
- 1 cup hot water
- Optional: slice of fresh ginger or a squeeze of lemon
🍵 Method
- Add herbs to a cup or teapot
- Pour over hot (not boiling) water
- Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes
- Strain well (mullein has tiny hairs)
- Sip slowly while warm
